BASIC DESCRIPTION
Cypher is a dream entity that has taken the form of a wolf. His fur is a creamy tan color with some cyan-blue markings covering his ears, paws, tail tip, and most of his face. The inside of his ears are a paler gray-blue color. His eyes are a pale light blue and appear very bright at night. He is quite strong for a stick-like stature.

ROLE AND ABILITIES
Cypher is the sole ruler of the Nightmare Realms.
He oversees all nightmares as he was originally the sole Nightmare in existence.
His abilities include seeing what others fear, using the Veil to shift forms, controlling Nightmare beings (although not completely), and using the Veil for transportation.
Half of his power was placed into a rock-like pendant that Cypher placed far from prying eyes. It has an all-seeing eye engraved upon it.
