The Veil is an undying entity that does not take a specific form. If it is seen, it is usually in the form of mist. It speaks in a voice that sounds like every tongue and language. Sometimes, if one is within the Veil, one can see glowing eyes peeking out of the mist.
ROLE AND ABILITIES
The Veil created the Dream Realms. It oversees everything. It usually prefers to keep remain hands-off, but it cares deeply about the Dream Realms. If they are in danger, then the Veil will step in more directly. It will contact those who it believes can help.
